"theHunterCotW_F has stopped working"

Hey I just got The Hunter: Call of the Wild on steam, and I've tried to launch it like 5 times, but everytime I try to launch it, it says "theHunterCotW_F has stopped working" in an error report box, is there anything I can do? I've checked the required hardware on The Hunter: Call of the Wild steam page, and I got what I need. Is there anything I can do?
