How much liability do you take in pp?

I’m starting my own private practice (s-corp) and I’m wondering if the base malpractice insurance (1M,3M aggregate) is enough, or whether I should go for more. I fear if I ask the insurer they will just try to up-sell me. I offer outpatient telehealth services to generally stable adults, but who knows what one could encounter. Curious to hear your thoughts.
