alma = terrible

I joined for 4 months, zero referrals with the exception of one person whose insurance I couldn't take through alma. Asked for help -- no response, including from teh previously-helpful recruiter. Then I scheduled a help call, which they missed. No apology for totally no-showing me. Completely unprofessional, a total waste of $132 / month.
EDIT: I appreciate everyone's feedback and thoughts! For more context, I have been in private practice & credentialed with insurances for 10 years. I wanted to use alma for their marketed benefit of referrals at higher rates, having explained to the recruiter that I use a billing agency and can't take clients with the insurances that I use my biller for. I do use Headway without complaint, and I adore Modern Health, although it seems with the jobs market downturn, that has gotten quieter. And agreed, venture capital and private equity do seem to be the modern American scourge.

Thank you all, colleagues!
