Dbt therapy and group

I do group therapy for an hour and half and then individual therapy for 40 minutes 1x week. We do minfull activities and then another skill usually involving a chart/ graph. For example she ask me how I felt recently and I said sadness due to taking a break from toxic people. I had to write that I was greatful for with the letter. S - sunshine A - apples etc. Then I'm suppose to fill out this chart on a daily basis . I have to rate a number on my urges / bad habits and how i felt etc. We wrote about my ocd and stress eating . Unfortunately, they making me do group twice because I learn it and then re learn it. Ita a year to 2 year program and next week im going to learn the coping skills. So far this is my 2nd therapist from the program. The first therapist didn't teach me anything, but I was able to connect better and talk about what was on my mind. My new therapist we can't do talk therapy and I feel like I could easily make up the things I say or write down. It just feel so stupid and childish imo. Maybe I'm missing the point ? The worse part is that the group and individuals sessions have to same course setting so we don't mindfulness and an activity skill and that's it. F29
