What is the most unnerving thing your Sims have ever done on their own free will?

I have one family, where no matter what I do, one of the child sons keeps starving himself to death. Like there's fully food and several fridges available and he just simply won't eat. What are the weirdest or most unsettling things your sims have done on their own?
