Christopher predicted James Gandolfini's death??

I was just watching S 4 E 10 again when Chris was having the intervention. And he told Tony by the way he eats he's gonna have a heart attack by the time he's 50. And James Gandolfini died from a heart attack at age 51. Thought it was pretty coincidental.
