What are some butterfly effects that would’ve changed the story entirely?

I think one of them were:

Morgan saving Rick - if it weren’t for Morgan and Duane being there when he did and chose not to just end Rick right there, the series would’ve just been over right there OR if we were to continue on, chances are, Rick’s group would’ve likely all parish by now or joined a group like Negan.
