Battery replacement (X1 Nano)

I have a Thinkpad X1 Nano V1 that was manufactured in December 2020. I got the laptop in June 2021,and it had a stable battery life for about a year, until the max capcity has dropped now to 60% its original capacity. Now, it only gets about 2-3 hours of battery life unplugged max.

Was looking for advice to go about getting the battery replaced. Is there places that will service the machine for me? Do I need to buy a specfic battery somewhere and install it myself?
