Got a tinnitus spike from dog barking

I was in a car with a friends dog and all of a sudden she started barking like crazy right next to me, to the point I could feel my eardrums about to burst. I covered my ears but only after a minute or so. Got a VERY faint change in the sound of my tinnitus in the ear closest to the dog. Is it possible I got hearing damage from tje barking? My hearing feels the same
