[PC][2002] Maybe Police game

I remember the first mission was to sneak in to a building and eaves drop to gather intelligence. Another mission was to wait on a bridge with other law enforcement and ambush the target. This is the first time i saw the aug hbar weapon in my life. I also remember a submarine mission and diving through many mines. I think I remember a mission with enemy speaking russian. Thanks everyone.

I hope I’m not confusing 2 games. I’m not exactly aure about the year but early 2000’s
