[TOMT] war movie battleship

i'm looking for a war movie where 2 sailors that were working on a battleship end up in a fight and they both go to jail, the jail is on the boat. then the battleship gets hit and these 2 sailors get stuck under water. then another sailors saves 1 by opening his cell and the sailor that got out saves the other sailor who he was fighting before. i believe that one of them was black and that is why the fight started but im not sure.
