Would you drive on this tire?

I’m just genuinely interested to hear answers on why you would or would not drive on this tire.

It’s just a really cheap used tire I bought, it’s not on my vehicle currently and I’d like to make a learning experience out of why a tear in the tread like this could be dangerous, or, if it’s fine.
