Could this really last 3 months?

I ordered the three month supply from Orderly - ordering process went very smoothly and all is well so far (just took my third shot on Friday and I’m down 7.5 lbs)! However, I’m beginning to doubt that this little vial is really supposed to last me three months, especially if I bump up my dose beginning on the 5th week. Does anyone have any experience with this or thoughts? I tried to capture the line of what’s left in the vial so far. Was the pharmacy supposed to send multiple vials?
