Ok to use expired Compounded Tirz?

I’ll be asking my doctor this question, too, but greatly appreciate any input here. I had to stop my compounded Tirz for a few weeks to get my intestines back to non-constipated. So my Tirz which needs to be refrigerated has an expiration date that has now expired. It’s so expensive! I am hoping to use it up soon, but what are your thoughts on using “expired” compounded Tirz? Thanks!
