Just got hired at T-Mobile. I have a question.

T-Mobile just put their first store in my city, and like the title says, I was just offered a full-time Mobile Associate position. After doing some research, I figured out that Mobile Associates don't earn commission until promoted to Mobile Expert.

My question is, how long does it take to go from Associate to Expert?

The store manager I interviewed with said that technically the training period is 3 months, but she's never had anyone use up that whole time.
