Positions Available
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Details
- Pay: $17.50 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
- Location: Work from home (WFH), but applicants must be based in the Greater Toronto Area for occasional in-person meetings (twice a month) at our King and Spadina office.
- Start Dates:
- Part-Time: February 1st, 2025
- Full-Time: March 1st, 2025
- Experience required: 2 years of CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot)

Tasks:
Administrative Support
- Calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
- Monitoring, prioritizing, and responding to emails while flagging important messages.
- Arranging travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, presentations, and agendas.
- Managing receipts, compiling expense reports, and tracking budgets.
Project Coordination
- Preparing data, agendas, and materials for meetings.
- Tracking action items and ensuring timely task completion.
- Maintaining project progress updates using Confluence.
Research and Analysis
- Conducting market research on fintech trends, competitors, and technologies.
- Compiling profiles on potential investors and partners.
- Collecting and organizing key metrics, customer feedback, or financial data.
Customer and Partner Relations
- Responding to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating client interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Assisting in drafting updates and newsletters for investors.
Event and Networking Support
- Coordinating logistics for industry events, webinars, and pitch sessions.
- Managing post-event communications, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Technology Management
- Ensuring effective use of tools like Slack, Zoom, and Confluence.
- Organizing secure virtual data rooms for investors or stakeholders.
Personal Assistance
- Prioritizing emails to separate personal and professional communications.
