How to get Pulse exclusives, but I'm not American

Basically, I've been eyeing some Pulse exclusive toys, Mainly Delta Magnus
But as ya'll know, they only deliver to US, UK and Germany
I live in none of those places
is there some way to mess with the system and get them anyway, or am I shit out of luck
