If I (a Caucasian-American) travels to a Mid-eastern country such as Kuwait, Oman or Qatar. How should I dress to be polite & blend in?

I don’t want to be that one person who travels to another country & accidentally disrespects cultural customs by dressing in ways considered inappropriate.

Or ways that could get somebody to confront me, being I have pretty bad anxiety with people getting aggressive with me in public.
