For the Italians, any luck in getting dutasteride?

I'm not having any of it (luck), my derm refuses to prescribe it as it's not approved for the MPB treatment. Dokter Online EUdoctor don't work in Italy, minoxidilexpress etc look absolutely sketchy.

So, had any of you fellow Italian found a way to get oral dutasteride?
