What’s a cleanser/moisturizer you use in winter time

So here in Ohio it’s cold! My skin hates the cold. And with using Tret it’s a double whammy 😭😭. current cleanser is la rochey gentle hydrating cleanser, and moisturizer is Farmacy honey halo. When I wash my face it burns a little bit and my face turns slightly red. And when I put my moisturizer on it burns for a few mins but goes away but face is still slightly red. It never did this before until it’s gotten cold, so I feel like I need to change my cleanser and a new moisturizer for the winter.
