Cervelo P5

This bike is actually close to where I live so I would be able to test ride it - but am curious if this is a good deal? The gearing seems a little worn in the picture - is that an issue? Tubeless tires and electric shifting seem good.

What are your thoughts? I’m not sure of the year on the bike. I’m also still town whether I should be going for a TT bike (never have ridden one) or upgrading my road bike to an all carbon frame instead (my previously tris I’ve ridden a road bike with just a carbon fork and would like to upgrade).
