Can this in any way play black ops 6

Asking for a friend. Since I’m not familiar with the device he has bought. And searching for info lead me to reddit

He was sold this device under the pretense that he can play Black ops 6 from his Xbox X

I’m doubting this is true however can anyone shed some light on this so I can explain to him.
