Going up to 10mg, what should I expect?

I have an appointment with my doctor in two weeks but in the meantime she told me to take two 5mg pills daily until I can get actual 10mg pills.

Will any negative symptoms get even worse on a doubled dose? I'm already pretty nervous about taking Trintellix after having increased anxiety and worse panic attacks after a month on it.

I'm just a very big overthinker and have never taken an antidepressant before Trintellix and have been putting off upping the dosage in fear of having a bad reaction so I would appreciate some insight, thanks!
