Has anyone watched the 4 hour "Twin Peaks Explained" video on YouTube? Worthwhile?

Hi everyone, just finished the whole series and FWWM and feel like the logical next step is to watch this, because what the actual fuck did I just watch lmao. I know there's no "right theory" but I'm curious on how well this one is done. Is it worth the time commitment?
