Teacher summer salary

Hello all,

I work as a teacher in Ajman in a school, I started working with the school in the mid of august (beginning of the academic year) and I was recently terminated, my notice ends exactly on the last working day before summer holiday. The school management is not willing to pay summer salary although it is the holiday of this academic year. Is this legal??? Is there anything I can do?
