Want to give customer support a good review
So I had an amazing conversation with someone on customer support on the mobile chat feature. I accidentally exited out before the end of chat survey.
Who do you think I should contact to make sure they know they have a wonderful employee in customer support? Is there anything I can do? I want to make sure they know to keep her around/give her a raise/etc.
What can I do? Also, Nicole, if you’re reading this, you rocked!
