What should I do, I got a safety report

Hello, the rider gave me a bad review for illegal driving and distracted by phone. The rider had not complained me about this and I have neither done illegal driving nor distracted by phone. And I got a safety report from Uber. What would happen next? Had anyone got this kind of report? When did Uber start giving out this kind of notification? And what are the chances of getting an account deactivated?
