Deactivation

I read couple of stories how Uber is so careless about drivers account deactivation and had this message flashing on my dashboard that my account could be deactivated as someone felt unsafe.

I meant seriously. We drive people from all walks of life and you never know who's gonna feel unsafe in what way. I am from hospitality background and do my best to help and support others. Try to maintain a healthy business relationship but still someone feels unsafe in not sure what we need to do. This is absolutely insane unless we have the clarity that what exactly happened and why someone felt unsafe while having a ride. We also drive few weirdos and they act suspicious doesn't matter how you treat them. Uber can't be just one sided.

Just wanna understand how serious the matter is or is it the time to move towards Lyft..?
