Highest cancelation fee I've seen

Only had a handful that I have arrived and passenger is a no show after 7 minutes. This is the highest cancelation fee I've seen so far. Cancelled him, then blocked future pairing. I was on my commute into town for my regular job. 20 minutes out I get this guy. So he had 20 minutes for me to get there then 7 more minutes. Yup, I don't need you again.
