Is it worth it??
I’ve dreamt of ucla since I was in middle school. Highschool went rough couldn’t find my direction in life, but now as a premed in community college here in Chicago with a 3.8 gpa, my main and best option here is Loyola University, beautiful campus great school…but something in my heart tells me there’s something for me specifically at ucla and I’ve considered sending out one cal application…but all I hear are stories of people who went to ucla for undergrad, just to end up leaving. Is there a specific reason for this? Any advice at all?
edit* please stop bringing finances into it. Thinking about money is what’s kept me out of university and in community in the first place. I’m trying to branch out to wherever has best mcat readiness, so if money is the only reason you’re telling me not to…I’m telling you that’s not a factor
