LG 34GN850 dead/dirty pixels, headaches, tiredness and dizziness

So about two weeks ago I upgraded from the LG 29UM68-P to the LG 34GN850-B. I was able to buy it at a discounted price of €690 (new).

It is an amazing monitor, but it does have about 4 dead pixels, two at the sides and two closer to the center. On top of that it also has what looks like "dirty" pixels. It doesn't look like they are dead, but they aren't as bright as the others, making it look like there is dirt or dust in front of them.

I forgot that two years ago people were already complaining about dead pixels on this monitor, but I also expected that by now it wouldn't have been the case anymore...

Over these two weeks, while doing my job on the monitor (work from home) I got more easily tired and headaches. Occasionally I also felt quite dizzy... The thing is, I only experience these things when working and not so much while gaming.

My laptop for work has a flat display (ofcourse), and at work, the monitors are also flat. So the LG 34GN850 is the only curved monitor I use. Is it the constant switching between flat and curved that gives me these headaches and the dizziness? I expected that after a week (now two weeks) it would have been better, but maybe curved ultrawides are just not for me?

I always had an interest in the LG CX and C1 OLED TVs, but 48" is too big but the interest came back when they announced the 42" LG C2. Sadly, I don't think OLED is an option because almost for 8 hours every day, the same program is open on my monitor.

I can still request a replacement, but the replacement might have even more dead pixels... or I can get my money back and buy a totally different monitor. I have been looking at the HP X34 (a lot cheaper, but not many features) and the Gigabyte M34WQ (also cheaper, but not in stock and it seems like it also suffers from having a dead pixel problem). A VA panel is not really an option, because I'm quite sensitive for ghosting and black smearing.

Are there people who also experience these symptoms?
What is the best option I can do?
What would you do or recommend me to do?
(The price of the LG 34GN850 is back to €899 €790.)
