for how long should I leave the bag on?

hi all, this growkit has a plastic bag with micro holes and I am spraying it daily for moisture, but I have to leave for three days.

some pinheads are reaching 2 cm - 0.8 inches, but I guess some more will follow? I’d like to maximize my harvest.

can I leave the bag on still? would it be ok if I get back to it in three days or should I get someone to spray the bag from the inside at least once when I am gonne?
