Jellystar notification problem Vinted

Hi, i have a problem with some notification. In particular Vinted doesnt give me notification even if they are on. Some times they appear somethimes not. Maybe there Is some sort of limitation? I can't find solution. Maybe also some other app do the same but i dont realize It. Some of you got the same problem?
