When will the applications start ?

Hi I am an international student from India and willing to study at University of Melbourne. I am currently giving my boards exam ( equivalent to Australian class 12 ) . I intend to apply for semester 2. When will the applications start ? Any suggestions you all would like to give ?Thank you.
