KTN to wrong name

Booked a flight through the capital one portal, and my name is showing up as FIRSTM LAST, as opposed to FIRST M LAST. I heard this was fine, but now I’m trying to add my KTN and it’s not working, is this the reason? Is there a way to fix this?
