How to get a *physical* united club card

EDIT: YES THERE REALLY IS A PHYSICAL UNITED CLUB CARD. REALLY. TRULY. Yes they still make them in 2025.

I have the united chase infinite, which grants me club membership. Moving to Europe, I understand many *A lounges demand the physical card, but I wasn't sent one.

I called United, who transferred me to Chase. Chase told me they can't issue club cards, and told me to call United. So I called United back, who, guess what, told me only Chase can issue club cards..

Any advice? (Yes, I specifically told them I was looking for the *club* card)

UPDATE: finally worked! Looks like some phone reps know, others don't. This one confirmed that yes, you can and should be issued a physical card if you're not UA Gold or above, and she's having it sent to me ETA 6-8 weeks. I travel March 2nd, so fingers crossed.
