Having children is the single most selfish thing someone can do in life

this is something ive thought for awhile but never expressed outwardly. to me, having children is the single most selfish thing a person can do in life.

people bring a child into the world to typically on accident, or to try and create their "picture perfect" family and honestly its horrible. do parents think about things before they have kids? that they are signing them up for a life of debt, work, school, and so many other things that the child never asked for. never asked to be born yet selfish adults get to make the choice for them.

so many people have kids before they are financially or emotionally ready for them and i feel like they dont realize how bad of a thing they are doing. especially when you see people post "my baby saved my life" congratulations because you just ruined theirs.
