i can’t do this anymore
ive had enough of this company. its seriously such a joke. two other packages passed through the brooklyn center WITH 0 ISSUES. funny enough, they were a t shirt and sweatpants, two relatively cheap items. MY $175 CARHARTT JACKET just happens to be the one stuck in transit at this center. it’s like the employees know exactly what to steal. missingmail link doesn’t work, calling USPS gets me no luck because they just tell me it’s “still in transit”. no, unfortunately, it’s not. this has happened to every single one of my packages that have gotten “lost” (stolen). i even changed my address to the next town over and have had no issues until now. i am so fed up and actually don’t know what to do!!!! if anyone has any hope to give/tips on what to do and HOW to get a damn refund, please please please let me know. ***package also had a delivery date at first!! saturday december 7th. no luck or movement and now it’s tuesday
