Will Taken few 400-Level Courses Affect My Grad School Application?

As I prepare to apply for grad school, I've noticed that by the time I submit my application in the fall term, I will have completed only three 400-level courses – one in Amath and two in Stat. I'm concerned about whether this could have a detrimental effect on my application. Despite I plan to take two additional 400-level courses in the fall term, I am worry that there's a possibility that these courses might not appear on my transcript by the time I submit. Could the limited number of 400-level courses negatively affect my application？
