Free Windows Licenses?

I am planning two PC builds and was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to get two windows 11 licenses from the free license offer that the university provides?

When I log into the azure portal I have gotten one windows 11 activation key from there, but I can't seem to get a second. Does anyone know if it is possible to get another key? Or does the university only provide one license? Or if not will the key work for two PCs? Thanks.
