PSA: Work/intern at Wish at your peril.

Current coop here. The head of our department quit two weeks ago. A coop had their employment contract terminated. During a company meeting the CEO asked if anyone would like to resign in exchange for a few thousand dollars of severance, and 10 people quit on the spot with 50 more quitting the following week.

Our infrastructure team is in shambles and lengthy outages are the norm. Some employees (interns included) are being overworked until midnight. The company culture is straight up toxic, and the codebase is absolutely repugnant with tons of undecipherable comments in foreign languages. Nobody follows the industry best practices here. I came here because they offered me a shit ton of money, but boy do I regret that decision. Ngl I only want a good evaluation, but my supervisor just quit. What should I do?
