Granville Island parking changes

FYI for all the early shopper/parents. Not sure when the change started. But pay parking parking now comes into effect starting 9am (instead of 11am).

This is definitely a bummer since we bring the kid their classes weekend morning and not having to pay for parking was definitely a plus. We'll probably drop the kid off now and find some place to park/wait out the island now to avoid the $10~ fee.
