Sandoval floating Schwartz living with him

I know a fair number of us suspected this would happen. I think he's pitching have Schwartz going on the house with him so he can make an offer to buy Ariana out that actually has legs? But Schwartz is under the impression he wouldn't have a equity stake so idk.

It'd make for good tv, but I don't think anyone should be more financially entangled with Sandoval.
