Need some advise

I recently underwent an evaluation for a suspected varicocele. The doctor conducted an ultrasound, which ruled out the presence of a varicocele. However, I am experiencing the following symptoms:

• A noticeable lump or thickening near or on the left testicle.
• A dull, pressing sensation that sometimes extends to the groin or lower back.

I'm still a bit worried. The thickening is visible on the left, i feel it, and the dull sensations (especially when sitting a lot) keep me worried. What should i do?
