Will I still be a meathead after moving together with gf, or will I become a powerplant? :)

my gf is vegetarian and I can't digest dairy particulary well.

When we cook together be basically eat a vegan diet. Now that we want to live together soon, I discussed this matter with her. She never complained once about me eating meat and I love her so much for this. I promised her that we will start a meatfree household and I will only consume meat occasionaly (at least for the start, I can imagine that I go full vegan once I have spent some weeks in with her) when I am eating out and I would appreciate, if she can help me with my protein intake.

Since I like to train a lot, I am quite protein focused when it comes to food. I am already consuming vegan shakes, a lot of Tofu, Beans, Proteinpasta and lentils - which is fine for me and I like a lot.

I take any advice - advice on starting a vegan diet, advice on living with a vegan, advice on smart food choices related to lifting :)
