How to replace overeating bread?
Okay so I've been vegan for 3 years and I just recently learned I got some weight, and I though about how that is probably because I overeat bread, like sometimes I can eat a whole loaf on my on per day. I know that using bigger portions could help, but i feel like even then I could eat 2 plates of whatever (mind you I eat legumes so I guess those should be filling) and feel hungry 3 hours later probably. I started using cooked grains or polenta as a replacement sort of to bread but idk, now I don't know how to eat hummus without bread.
