Vegas to Vancouver Road Trip

Driving from Vegas to Vancouver at the start of March. I have 6 days to complete the trip. Plan was to hire a car in Vegas and drop it off in Seattle and the get a train to Vancouver. Any advice on which route we should be driving? Early 30s travelling with a friend. Looking for scenic route with nightlife along the way.
