Has anyone else been dealing with this?
Ever since switching to Verizon I’ve had tons of problems with them. We got my new phone in the mail and when I turned it on the ESIM didn’t even activate. We called to fix it and they gave me a new number and said they’d cancel the one that didn’t work for me. A month later I get told my new number isn’t officially registered, so we registered it so I could buy a hotspot. Then the next month I got a bill for $100 more than it was supposed to be. Turned out they didn’t actually cancel that number that I wasn’t using. NOW they’re claiming my mother’s Apple Watch isn’t activated and they’re threatening to make us pay for it. No one tampered with the watch and it was working perfectly fine not even a week ago. It also locked my mother out of her Verizon app and said we needed to reset the password. I reset it and it’s STILL locked on her end. I’m about ready to just pay for all these devices and go back to straight talk. Has anyone else dealt with all of this junk? It takes hours of phone calls to fix these things, and then something proceeds to go wrong again after they “fixed” it.
