Looking for help

So, with my current job I'm making just a bit over 2000 a month. I currently live with my parents, which they are charging me 600 a month. I have a full-time job 12 to 8:30 pm. So, it's hard to work around that. I'm constantly looking for some way to make money on the side and looking for housing in the Montpelier area, to be closer to my work. I know there is low-income housing, but I don't know how to sign up. I was thinking of the place that is up near the mall that is currently being built. Any suggestions on ways to make money or housing? I just want to be ready in case my parents decide to move.
