[QUESTION] How can i sync visuals per track on my solo dj set?

So, i do some live dj sets with traktor, and i make some simple visuals with resolume as a side thing, and i always wanted to incorporate my visuals on my live set, but my sets are pretty dynamic (both in terms of songs selection and duration), so i cant have a timecoded show (as far as i know) or use autopilot (and that's the same reason i cant use ableton on my sets) (as far as i know again), and on top of that, i do my sets by myself, so i dont have anyone to trigger my resolume clips manually while looking for what songs are loaded on my decks.

TL;DR: there is any way to make resolume(or any other software) "see" what tracks im loading on my decks, and "tell him" what clips it needs to trigger?

i make some visuals but in terms of vjing im pretty much a newbie.
